Can't remember off the top of my head but there is an ini trick for both having Gorge force modeled and having everyone skins brightened. I believe you'd be able to find it on the epic forums.

Forcing characters:
Make the following changes to User.ini:
[UnrealGame.UnrealPawn]
PlacedCharacterName=Gorge

[XGame.xPawn]
PlacedCharacterName=Gorge
PlacedFemaleCharacterName=Rylisa

*IF these sections dont exist just copy paste all of the above.

Make the following changes to UT2004.ini:
[UnrealGame.DeathMatch]
bForceDefaultCharacter=True
bColoredDMSkins=True
bAllowPlayerLights=True

Add this section in the UT2004.ini:

[UnrealGame.DMMutator]
bBrightSkins=True

You can choose from: Gorge, Rylisa, Jakob, Tamika, Malcolm, Rapier and Ophelia.
