Having the Medic gun from TF2 would be awesome.
it could be made using the link secondary fire as a basis
for some reason I think keeping it simple, like just a skill, would make it more attractive to programmers just cause it wouldn't be as difficult to implement into the game

i agree with upping the healing with a gun dont get me wrong but you have other ways to heal just get life burst and the healing sphere and raise your max adrin up a bit and you can heal just fine... if you are killing nicely just leave up the sphere and as long as you are getting the kills you can keep it up quite easily.
