Ventrillo -- I can't seem to connect

I just installed Ventrillo and followed the setup instructions, but when I go to connect I get a message saying that the connection works but that I don't have the right password. Is the password different now?

The one that is being broadcasted in game should be correct.

Can't say I've seen it. I'll have to pay more attention or just ask folks on the server.
Consequently, do you guys also have an IRC channel?
