You just have to create an account and ask permission to join a particular wiki. It's as simple as that.

nope. seems not. and also if it was as tedious as asking on each page, I may as well not bother because i want to put in pages for some abilities that aren't there yet so we're talking lots of small pages taking up the owner's time when he could be doing something more important.
