Best bang for the $$ still the ACER 22" ?
Toxic mentioned another several weeks ago on vent . not a clue what it was .

That is what I have.. I paid like $190 for it 6-8 months ago.

Yeah I have the 22" acer and i love it. Crisp, clear images, 5ms response so no ghosting, and no problems adjusting it.
If you can be patient wait until it goes on sale at newegg. It goes on free shipping and a discount usually for a week every 5-6 weeks it seems.
