Where can I get a copy of Nightwolf's Testing Facility, the server/redirect wont send it to me and I cannot get on to play.

For that matter where can I find all the maps so I can download and install them straight away so I dont miss the first few waves of each map cause I am getting files from the server/redirect.

to get the maps.
