I listen to alot of ugly singers--Young, Petty, Dylan, Waits--so I don't expect my singers to be beautiful. But she does have a smoking hot ass, as well.

I bet YouTube and speakers does not justify the true quality she sings.

I never saw Les Mis on stage, but Susan sang a very heartfelt
rendition. I think the fact that everyone had discounted her right
off because of her appearance also made her more endearing.
