If you cannot wait to get on COD4, but you get the ever-persistent keycode in use error ruining your fun, try this method, which works every time, to get right back in.

1)REBOOT your PC.
2)RESTART COD4 multiplayer
3) Press VERIFY KEYCODE in MP OPTIONS. Then join game and have fun!

If this doesn't work for you, make sure nobody else can access your keycode and is/could be using it, and then contact me if nobody is able, so I can change the message.

I mean, rebooting your computer will restart CoD4MW for you, and the Key Code will never change unless you change it yourself, so you would know if that was the problem.

yeah but I meant it to be more visible to peeps who enter the COD forum for a bit, till everyone's read it.

0_o you met those guys before? I'm sorry that I'm no longer totally devoted to your community, but they're as friendly as you lot and they play COD lots, with a busy server. I still love playing Monster Mash, nothing will ever replace it.
