Vehicle Master Class

In addition to the Vehicle Vampirism and Anti-Vehicle Bonus skills, the Vehicle Master can now summon vehicles!!!
Loaded Vehicles works similarly to Loaded Monsters... the more levels you buy, the better vehicles you can spawn.
