requesting permaban

Hello everyone,
I hope you all have been doing well. :ssmile: I havn'T been here for that and a few other reasons.
I am requesting a permaban for mystical_penis because of his name. A you know reguardless of the game rating kids do play on the server during the day and afternoon and occasionly when they should not. Should a parent see the name typically the teen or child will be forbidden to use the server. This should be a fun environment for everyone.
AS offensive names have been banned in the past i warned him reguarding this. He changed the name to mystical_peanut but then changed it back.
I really hate that this has to be my first forum comm since comeing back.
