Epic is closing the master server jan 24 Boo! epic

Epic wants to kill us but we wont let them!
I dont know how it works on the server side of things, but but the players need to update the master server in the ut2004 ini or automaticly by searching deathmach and joining a server called update master server or somthing like that. no more buddy list .But i heard that our favs will be fine...heres the link explaining what to do>>>
