Would it be possible to reset the bots' stats once a week? Talking to Bean and Bttr it appears that the monsters take the level of the least powered person. The problem is that even though I am level 217, I end up being on the low end because the bots are constantly playing.

When a lower powered person joins it is fun for me, but not that for that person. And when I play with a higher powered player it is not too much fun for me. Either that or fix the monsters at a certain level.

Any other ideas to balance the play out?

Give people with low levels extra weapons/ammo, if that's possible. EX- At the start of the level, instead of getting a shield gun give em a flame thrower or the like.

Can you disable stats for the Assult sever? All it does is show your deaths as suicides.

I noticed that while going through the stats last night for the info for the TAM tourney. Not only for you, also me, and probably some others too.
