Map requests: DM-CBP2-Buliwyf and DM-CBP2-Niflheim

Both of these maps were done by the person who made ons-crossfire and the original ons-suntzu. The maps may need to be adjusted for INV play a bit. These changes would include the usual weapon issues, a bit faster respawning adren and/or more of it, terrian sprucing for raptor bug, ect.
