Easily my favourite mod gametype for 2k4 was nuttin' but Scorpions.... CARBALL :compress:

T'was basically soccer using Scorpions instead of simulated meatbags. Dash function or missile pick-ups replaced bolas and maps were interpretations of a basic field. Scorpions could of course be smashed to bits or knocked off into a surrounding abyss. An awesome way to chill out after firing pew pew lazers all night

If you think about it though.... Maelstrom is pretty much an all Manta map. With a few other vehicles, Manta's seem to prevail in that one! I would like to see a 4 man manta! Two seats in the middle and one on each wing!!! Now we're talking!!!
