A SAVAGE day in the hood!

A very eventful day it was today. It started out relatively calm with just a few MP5s and Shot guns but it would soon esculate. Check out some pictures I took of all the action. I had a front row sit considering it was my neighbor that was in question and still is at the moment I write this... Take a look:
Always barking orders... I want one! A kid is released from the hostage situation and is quickly carried off but their may be more inside supposedly... Get out of my yard!

The SWAT has arrived! Oh shit! They mean business! Check out the sniper! He literally pulled up right into my front yard and started getting his gear together... Ready!!!

They are now surrounding the house in question... Can you see the grenade launcher? No that it is dark they begin knocking out all the lights in the alley and bring their armored truck to give them a lift and protection... It is now late and they seem to be becoming more aggressive stating,"Come out or we will come in by force." They also keep turning on multiple sirens which is loud when you got three or four police cars going off at one time. I can only suspect it to be a lame attempt of psycholical warfare... I'll keep you posted...

Well, roughly fifteen minutes ago I heard more tear gas grenades being fired into the residence next door which was the norm of the last couple hours but then I heard a crash and a bright flash of light out of the corner of my eye and immediately ran to see what was going on. After getting a lung full of tear gas I heard the SWAT team screaming things like "Get down, get down, get down!" and "Clear!" followed by a creepy silence. I didn't learn much from being so noisy other than damn, tear gas makes you sneeze an awful lot...

My brother got an eye full too and was coughing his head off. They evacuated all the neighboring houses but mine. I was on my porch snapping pictures when they were dragging people off but they skipped me and I lived right next to the guy. Unfortunately, I got a scary reputation to the police so they probably figured they couldn't handle two stand offs in one day because I wasn't going anywhere.
Yeah, I liked the sniper. He was cool the way he slapped his rifle together so quickly and with precision. A professional for sure.
The grenade dude was kick ass too. I wish I got better pictures of him and his launcher but he came out of nowhere and it was late when he arrived. The sniper showed up in his own car. Kinda scary to know he drives around with that crap in his trunk... Hmmm...

5 o'clock news reported that the man is alive and came out at 2am this morning. I'll be getting pictures of the house when the sun rises.

Well I didn't know this at the time everything was going down but supposedly the guy was threatening suicide by cop and had several weapons in his possession including fully automatic weapons, I'm guessing he had an AK because they are quite common in this area. He threatened to take a few cops with him. The morning of the incident he was served and had his children taken away and I would imagine that that would make anybody lose their minds. If the state took my daughter, I would want to kill a few people too.

No, all I saw was the SWAT team driving around their armored truck knocking out street lights, attempting to push over trees, and launching tear gas and smoke grenades through every window in the house. One went through the screen door but bounced off the thick window of the door behind it and landed in the front yard. But no blood guts and violence, you see plenty enough of that around here. This was the second stand off in my neighborhood this month and the fourth in the city this month. We get stop the violence rallies constantly. I live in a very rough area.
