Kang's SNOT Launcher has been modified to work with the RPG system, so you can now roll magic SNOT Launchers!
This is probably my favorite custom weapon, and the best one for Invasion spamming.
Added as a pickup in many INV maps on the server, also available with Loaded SPAM for the SPAM Master.
